18A:54-23.5. List of nonresident students, courses and programs; notice to department of education Each county vocational school district board of education shall notify the department of education of the names and addresses of all nonresident students and the courses and programs in which they are enrolled as of the second week of each term. Such notification shall be made in writing no later than the end of the fourth week of each term. L.1973, c. 333, s. 5, eff. July 1, 1974.
