18A:40-3.5. Issuance of county substitute certificate, emergency certificates 4. The holder of a valid New Jersey registered nurse license may be issued a county substitute certificate to serve as a substitute for a certified school nurse in accordance with N.J.A.C.6:11-4.5. Emergency certificates may be issued in accordance with N.J.A.C.6:11-4.3. L.1999,c.153,s.4.
