18A:3B-67 Regulations. 22. The Commission on Higher Education shall adopt regulations pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to implement the provisions of this act. L.2009, c.308, s.22.
