18A:3B-56 Approval of contract. 11. Any proposed contract to retain the services of a governmental affairs agent shall be considered by the governing board of a public research university or a State college at a public meeting and approval of the contract shall require the adoption of a resolution by a majority of the board members present at the meeting.
