18A:39-25. Board of public utility commissioners; regulation or jurisdiction of school buses used under this act Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule or regulation of this State to the contrary, the use of school buses or the recovery of costs as herein authorized, shall not subject such school buses to regulation by or the jurisdiction of the Board of Public Utilities Commissioners.
