18A:39-15 State aid for joint transportation. 18A:39-15. If the executive county superintendent of the county in which the districts are situate shall approve the necessity, the cost, and the method of providing joint transportation and the agreement whereby the same is to be provided, each board of education providing joint transportation shall be entitled to State transportation aid pursuant to section 15 of P.L.2007, c.260 (C.18A:7F-57).
