18A:36C-17 Authorization to enter into certain agreements. 8. Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a renaissance school district is authorized to enter into an agreement with an owner or operator of a renaissance school project for the occupancy, use, or both, of all or a portion of the school facility constituting the renaissance school project which is not immediately necessary for the operation of the renaissance school project.
