18A:36B-19 Current choice districts unaffected. 6. Any choice district established by the commissioner prior to the effective date of P.L.2010, c.65 (C.18A:36B-14 et seq.) is authorized to continue operation as if the choice district had been approved pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2010, c.65 (C.18A:36B-14 et seq.).
