18A:29B-7 Rules, regulations. 7. The State Board of Education shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations which are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2003,c.216,s.7.
