18A:25-4. School register; keeping Each teacher or person required by the board of education of any district or of any county vocational school to keep a school register shall keep the same in the manner provided therefor and his final salary installment for the school year shall not be paid to him until the superintendent, secretary, principal or other person designated by the board, has examined the register, found it to have been kept according to law and certified the same thereon.
