18A:22-35. Resumption of school year appropriations Nothing in this article shall prevent the resumption by the governing body of each municipality comprising any such school district of the method of making appropriations for the use of the public schools in the district on the school year basis and thereafter the annual appropriations made upon such basis shall be assessed, levied and raised by special district taxes in such manner as may be necessary to give effect to such change.
