18A:18A-54. "Public School Contracts Law" applicable All provisions of the "Public School Contracts Law," N.J.S. 18A:18A-1 et seq., and any supplements thereto, shall apply to purchases, contracts and agreements made pursuant to this act unless otherwise superseded by the provisions of this act.
