18A:17-25. Appointment; salary; removal A business manager may be appointed in any type I school district, and subject to the provisions of article 1 of this chapter, may be removed from such office, by a recorded roll call majority vote of the full membership of the board of education and he shall receive such salary as the board shall determine.
