17B:27B-11 Prompt delivery of communications to enrollees. 11. Any policies, certificates, booklets, termination notices or other written communications delivered by the benefits payer to the third party administrator for delivery to enrollees shall be delivered by the administrator promptly, in accordance with the instructions of the benefits payer.
