17B:27A-2.1 Regulations. 36. The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt regulations necessary to implement sections 9 through 25 and sections 29 through 34 of this act. L.2008, c.38, s.36.
