17B:27A-16.3. Purchase of other insurance coverage not required 10. A carrier shall not require an eligible person to purchase any other insurance coverage, including, but not limited to, life insurance, accident insurance or disability insurance, as a condition of or in conjunction with the purchase of a health benefits plan pursuant to P.L.1992, c.161 (C.17B:27A-2 et al.).
