17B:25-41 Collection, maintenance of information. 8. Any information required to be collected and maintained in order to fulfill the requirements of this act shall be done in accordance with the insurance information practice provisions of P.L.1985, c.179 (C.17:23A-1 et seq.). L.2008, c.88, s.8.
