17:9A-94. Capital stock; voting rights A. Except as a bank's certificate of incorporation may otherwise lawfully provide with respect to preferred stock, each share of stock shall entitle the registered holder thereof to (1) one vote with respect to each matter presented at a stockholders' meeting, and (2) one vote for each director to be elected.
