17:9A-8.1. Definitions For the purposes of this act: a. "Capital stock savings bank" means a savings bank organized or converted pursuant to this act; b. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Banking; c. "Department" means the Department of Banking. L.1982, c. 9, s. 1, eff. March 4, 1982.
