17:9A-59.36. Statement that loan was made pursuant to small business loan act required Every note evidencing a small business loan shall contain a statement that such loan was made pursuant to this act. If this act or any section hereof shall be amended, no reference to such amendment need be made in such statement. L.1964, c. 162, s. 12.
