17:9A-53.9. Repayment; terms and conditions Educational loans shall be repaid in such manner and shall be subject to such terms and conditions not inconsistent with this act as the parties thereto may agree upon; except that no banking institution shall make any further interest or charge or demand in connection with such loan, other than those expressly authorized by subsections A(3) and B(3) of section 55 of P.L.1948, c. 67 (C. 17:9A-55).
