17:9A-467. Rules, regulations, orders 86. The commissioner shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), issue the rules, regulations and orders the commissioner deems necessary in order to perform the commissioner's duties and functions under sections 37 through 86 of P.L.1996, c.17 (C.17:9A-418 through C.17:9A-467).
