17:9A-24.6. Receiving of bank services from other banking institution or other person Nothing herein shall prevent a bank or savings bank from receiving bank services from another banking institution or from any other person. As used in this section, "person" includes individuals, partnerships, corporations and all other business entities, no matter how designated. L.1964, c. 160, s. 6.
