17:9A-23.11. Branch offices, location, removal, interchange 3. a. A branch office established pursuant to this act may be located anywhere in this State. b. No branch office established pursuant to this act shall be removed to a location outside the installation on which it has been established. c. The principal office of the bank may not be interchanged with any branch office established pursuant to this act. d. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.1996, c.17.) e. The right to maintain a branch office established pursuant to this act shall cease and the branch office shall be discontinued when the authority to maintain it under federal law or regulation ceases. f. A branch office maintained pursuant to this act shall not be deemed to be a branch as an adjunct of which an auxiliary office may be established. L.1961,c.67,s.3; amended 1996, c.17, s.10.
