17:48H-33 Applicability of health care quality act. 33. An organized delivery system which is licensed by the Department of Banking and Insurance shall be subject to the "Health Care Quality Act," P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2S-1 et seq.) and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
