17:48E-64 Construction of act. 16. a. Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the existing authority of the Attorney General, except that the procedures set forth in this act shall be exclusive. b. A health service corporation shall reimburse the Attorney General and the commissioner for the costs of any advisors and consultants, which may include, but are not limited to, lawyers, actuaries, accountants and investment bankers or any combination thereof, to advise either of them in connection with any matter before any court or any administrative agency relating to any matter under this act.
