17:48E-60 Abandonment, amendment of plan of conversion. 12. The health service corporation may, by action of not less than two-thirds of its board of directors, abandon or amend the plan of conversion at any time before the effective time. No amendment made after the public hearing required by subsection e. of section 3 of this act shall change the plan in any manner which the commissioner determines is material unless a further public hearing is held on the plan as amended.
