17:46C-24. Titles 17 and 17B; application to orders or rules and regulations; inapplicability to insurer authorized under this act a. Orders or rules and regulations issued under the provisions of this act shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes and Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes. The provisions of N.J.S. 17B-34:11 shall apply in matters not specifically provided for herein. b. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the provisions of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes and Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes shall not apply to insurers authorized under this act.
