17:46C-18. Liquidation or dissolution Any liquidation or dissolution of a person transacting the business of legal insurance shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of P.L.1975, c. 113 (C. 17:30C-1 et seq.). L.1981, c. 160, s. 18.
