17:35C-9. Application to hospital service corporations Notwithstanding the provisions of section 17 of P.L. 1938, c. 366 (C. 17:48-17), the provisions of this act shall apply to hospital service corporations established pursuant to P.L. 1938, c. 366 (C. 17:48-1 et seq.). L.1982, c. 95, s. 9.
