17:29E-11 Publicizing of information pertaining to ombudsman. 57. Every buyer's guide which is required to be provided to insureds for any line of insurance shall contain a notice describing the functions of the ombudsman, the mailing address of the ombudsman, and a toll-free information telephone number.
