17:29C-3. Revocation of direction; duration of direction The commissioner may revoke the direction of any or all of the aforesaid provisions at any time when, in his discretion, the need for same no longer exists, and no such direction by the commissioner shall be valid for a period in excess of 1 year from the date it is made; provided, however, that any such direction shall remain valid after 1 year upon certification to the Legislature of the continued need for same by the commissioner.
