17:22E-10. Employment restrictions 10. An insurer shall not employ an individual who is employed by a reinsurance intermediary-broker with which it transacts business, unless the reinsurance intermediary-broker is under common control with the insurer and subject to P.L.1970, c.22 (C.17:27A-1 et seq.).
