17:18-1. Powers and duties generally Any company organized under chapters 17 to 33 of this title (s. 17:17-1 et seq.), and its stockholders, members and directors, shall have all the powers granted and be subject to all the duties and obligations imposed by Title 14, Corporations, General, except so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this subtitle.
