17:16ZZ-17 Rules, regulations. 18. The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt the rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2019, c.200, s.18.
