17:16ZZ-13 Remedies not exclusive. 13. The remedies provided in this act are not intended to be the exclusive remedies available to a student loan borrower, and a student loan borrower shall not be required to exhaust administrative remedies established pursuant to this act or any other applicable law prior to proceeding under this act.
