17:16U-4. Privilege of persons involved in preparation of report 4. Persons involved in the preparation of a voluntary compliance review report shall not be required to give answers to any questions or provide testimony regarding the existence, contents or conclusions of any voluntary compliance review report, except as provided in section 5 or 6 of this act.
