17:16K-13. Other laws applicable 7. Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to exempt or relieve any operator, owner or other person responsible hereunder from complying with all relevant provisions of the State Uniform Construction Code, P.L.1975, c.217 (C.52:27D-119 et seq.), and all other applicable provisions of law.
