17:14A-6. Incorporators Any five or more persons who are residents of this State, hereinafter referred to as incorporators, may associate to form a corporation for the purposes of a safe deposit company upon the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-6.
