17:14A-34. Change of principal or branch office; approval The commissioner shall approve the application for a change of location of the principal office of a safe deposit company or a branch office if it shall appear from the application or from any investigation he may make that the area to be served by the office after its change in location would not be substantially different from the area previously served by the office.
