17:14A-19. Time within which to issue certificate or notify company of refusal The commissioner shall, within 30 days after receipt of the company's certificate of incorporation and the verified certificate certifying as to the payment of capital, issue the certificate of authority to transact business or notify the safe deposit company in writing of his reasons for refusing it.
