17:13-73.5. Meetings a. The board of the corporate central credit union shall meet at least every 30 days as provided in the bylaws. b. The annual meeting of the members of the corporate central credit union shall be held at such time as prescribed in the bylaws. Each corporate member shall be entitled to one vote irrespective of the number of shares held by the member. L.1984, c. 171, s. 54, eff. Oct. 31, 1984.
