17:13-72. Repeal Sections 17:13-1 to section 17:13-25 inclusive of the Revised Statutes are hereby repealed and all laws and parts of laws inconsistent with or repugnant to the provisions of this act are hereby repealed. L.1938, c. 293, p. 667, s. 47.
