17:12B-64. Attorneys; employees The board may retain or employ one or more attorneys-at-law or firm of attorneys-at-law of this State for a term not longer than 1 year. The board may employ, or authorize any officer to employ, any persons necessary for the conduct of the business of the State association. L.1963, c. 144, s. 64.
