17:12B-46.7. Notice to commissioner An association closing an office or offices or reopening an office or offices, pursuant to any provision of this act, shall give as prompt notice to the commissioner of its action as conditions will permit. L.1968, c. 150, s. 7, eff. July 12, 1968.
