17:12B-4. Determination of members' rights and liabilities The rights and liabilities of each member of an association, shall be determined by and shall be subject to the provisions of this act and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, and to the provisions of the association's by-laws, and all changes which shall be made in such by-laws from time to time.
