17:12B-253. Notice to stockholders Except where this act or regulations promulgated hereunder expressly provide otherwise, all notices, statements, reports or other documents required to be given to any stockholder may be given to him either personally or by mail, postage prepaid, addressed to him at his last address which appears on the records of the association.
