17:12B-232. Liquidation period; extension All liquidation proceedings hereafter commenced shall be completed within 5 years from the date of dissolution or within such further time as may be allowed by the Superior Court or by the members at any meeting which shall be called for that purpose upon at least 10 days' notice to every member.
