17:12B-109. Necessity for actual notice of death or incompetency of savings member In the absence of actual notice of death or incompetency of a savings member received by an association at the office at which the member's account is maintained, the association may, notwithstanding such death or incompetency, pay any requests for payment authorized in writing.
