17:11C-89 Rules, regulations. 39. The commissioner may issue and promulgate rules and regulations, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. L.2009, c.53, s.39.
